  • Production time is typically 4-6 weeks from order confirmation
  • Design consultation may be required for complex pieces
  • Final designs must be approved before production begins

2.2 Materials and Quality

  • We use only genuine precious metals and gemstones
  • All materials are ethically sourced where possible
  • Natural variations in gemstones and materials are expected and not considered defects
  • Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity

2.3 Sizing and Specifications

  • Accurate sizing information is the customer's responsibility
  • We recommend professional sizing for rings
  • Size adjustments after completion may incur additional charges
  • Some designs cannot be resized due to their construction

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order
  • Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP)

4.3 Customs and Import Duties

Important Notice for International Customers:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the customer's responsibility
  • These charges are not included in our shipping costs
  • Customs charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities
  • Orders may be held by customs until duties are paid
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate customs information

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Bespoke Items

Important:

Due to the custom nature of our bespoke jewelry, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5.2 Manufacturing Defects

  • We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship
  • Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost
  • Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Photo evidence may be required for assessment

5.3 Damage During Shipping

  • Items damaged during shipping will be replaced or repaired
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not discard original packaging if damage is suspected
  • Insurance claims may be required for high-value items

6. Care & Maintenance

  • Clean jewelry regularly with appropriate methods for the materials used
  • Store pieces separately to prevent scratching
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, and lotions

  • Professional cleaning and maintenance services are available
  • Annual inspection is recommended for frequently worn pieces
  • Repair services are offered for items not under warranty (charges apply)

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs created by Tine Casil remain our intellectual property
  • Custom designs created specifically for customers may not be reproduced for others
  • Website content, images, and designs are protected by copyright
  • Customer photos and testimonials may be used for marketing with permission

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your personal information
  • Customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements
  • Payment information is processed securely through Stripe
  • We do not share customer information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment
  • Customers may request deletion of their data at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item
  • We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages
